Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. By using our website www.babydiva.co.uk and/or placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use our website. If you have any questions or concerns please email us.

          Payment Methods.

Our payment system uses PayPal for your convenience and security. Please note - you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to purchase from this website - the PayPal secure online payment system allows you to pay using a credit card without having to comit to registering for a PayPal account. 

          Postage
Free delivery:
 UK delivery is FREE on all orders £50 and over! Estimated at 1-3 working days.
Please check your details before ordering as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that do not reach you due to inaccurate delivery details. If you realise you have made an error, please contact us ASAP to allow us to try to rectify the matter if possible.

Orders under £50: A £3.95 delivery cost is added for orders under £50. Estimated at 1-3 working days.

All UK orders will be sent by First Class Signed For.
Shipping is via Royal Mail.

Internalional delivery:  All international orders are FREE on orders £60 and over! Orders under £60: A £12.00 delivery cost is added to orders under £60 Europe: estimated at 3-10 working days
Shipping is via Parcelforce courier or Royal Mail tracked

          Returns & Exchanges:

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at within 15 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the item and refund will be proceeded.  (excluding shipping costs)
  • We are unable to accept returns on handmade items,because specific materials, such as feathers,ribbon or lace are cut or ordered to fit your exact needs and they cannot be resold. Made to order items, clothes and headbands are non returnable in the interest of hygiene. 
  • We will only accept items that are returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed condition, with all packaging and tags attached).
  • Exchanges can only be given to the person who bought the item.
  • The cost of the return delivery is the responsibility of the buyer and not Baby Diva Boutique.
  • We recommend that you send your return parcel by track and trace post, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost. 
  • If the returned items have been used, or if the original packaging has been altered or damaged in anyway, your return will not be accepted.

    Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • All items are thoroughly checked before being sent, if by any chance you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If possible please take a photo of the fault.
  • All items returned as faulty will be inspected first and any items that appear to have been used by the customer or damaged will not be accepted as faulty.
